Timely, quality answers and care for a sick family member shouldn't be SO DIFFICULT!
Say goodbye to automated phone systems, multi-hour waiting room exposures and short, rushed visits with clinicians you've never seen before and may never see again. If that's "modern medicine," it's time to go back to old school practices.
Say Hello to Neighborhood NP! When your family needs medical care, simply call the nurse practitioner, and let them come to see you IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME. It's that simple. Curious about How it Works? We're glad you asked...
Instead of:
Waiting for hours at a health care center and paying for a clinic visit just to learn Tylenol is the answer...
Do This:
Make your initial call and talk with a certified clinician who can assess the situation over the phone, and give you likely scenarios prior to you deciding to utilize our services.
Instead of:
Waiting a month for your mystery bill to come in the mail...
Try This:
When you choose to move forward with a Neighborhood NP visit, we send the paperwork to you immediately for electronic signature, and direct you to Zelle, Venmo or HSA/CC for a simple, easy to understand payment.
Instead of:
Driving to a clinic, and sharing a seat with 17 other viruses and bacteria for hours on end...
Try This:
The Clinician will call your phone number of choice/provide a video link/come to your home and complete the full visit and develop a treatment plan. Occasionally point of care testing (i.e. strep tests) may be recommended and completed in your home.
If your Neighborhood NP determines that an antibiotic or prescription medication is needed, a prescription will be electronically submitted to your pharmacy of choice. In some instances, the clinician may offer in home injections/IV infusions at an additional cost.
The Neighborhood NP will not prescribe/offer Narcotics or Controlled Substances.
At the conclusion of your visit, you will receive an electronic copy of your visit summary, superbill (for turning into insurance) and a receipt of payment. It is important to note that Neighborhood NP does not bill your insurance company. This allows the clinician to provide clinically relevant care that is not dictated by an insurance
