Up Front Pricing:

In Home Visits are priced at $150 per visit. If the entire family is sick, the first visit is $150 and additional same day visits are $100 per patient residing in the home.
Telephonic Visits are priced at $75 per visit (for simple issues not requiring an in person/video evaluation...examples include urinary symptoms, sinus symptoms, bronchitis, etc..). Telephone visits are per provider discretion.
Pre Cruise/Travel/Motion Sickness Telephonic Visit: $50
